• Hygiene Restrictions: Due to strict hygiene protocols, certain categories like innerwear, sleepwear, or custom-tailored products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

• Refund Processing: Approved returns are refunded back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via store credits or direct bank transfer.
